Launched in March 2011, Hubin Huayuan Community is located in the northweat of Beigan subdistrict, covering 0.17 square kilometer. It has a floor area of 300,000 sq m, bordering the Jimin River in the east, Qingnian Road in the west, Laotang of Rongxing village in the south and the Beitang River in the north.

Built by the Zhejiang Lvdu Real Estate Development Co, the Community has 1,747 households in 137 units in 51 buildings. There are 28 resident teams, 671 people holding registered permanent residence permits and 2,501 permanent residents.

It is home to a school, two real estate agencies and a private store. There are 10 voluntary teams consisting of 351 members. It has five staff workers holding college degree or above. Three of them were born in the 1980s. They are professional social workers and two of them have obtained the professional rank of psychological counselor.

It is also a demonstration community for a clean and safe environment, popularization of science, and good service for foreigners.
