Based in downtown Hangzhou, the community borders the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal in the south, Shangtang Road in the west and Wenhui Road in the north. It covers an area of 0.29 square kilometer and has 111 dwelling units in 21 multi-story residential blocks and 14 high-rise residential buildings. 

The community is home to 2,110 households and 5,012 people. A total of 67,000 square meters have been afforested and planted with flowers. It has a kindergarten, school, leisure facilities, and a convenient service center and food market. 

Its complete property management 24-hour patrols and all-weather cleaning service keep the community safe, clean and orderly. 

There is a cultural and sport association consisting of eight groups. It has 28 characteristic areas to explore and 506 volunteers in 11 teams.
