Hangzhou 2022 Asian Games opens applications for franchised retailers

The 19th Asian Games Hangzhou 2022 Organizing Committee announced that the collecting campaign for the first round of franchised retailers is officially launch on July 23.
According to the guidelines, the sales distribution of franchised retailers will be centered in Hangzhou and will include Jiangsu, Zhejiang province and Shanghai.
The selected franchised retailers will be allowed to sell products at famous tourist attractions, major business districts, transportation hubs (airport/high-speed railway stations), competition venues, Asian Games village, hotels and museums.
The retail network layout includes online official flagship stores and offline licensed retail stores. The online official flagship store is the only platform and the only operating entity with exclusive rights. Offline licensed retail stores include Class A stores (franchised experience stores), Class B stores (franchised stores), and Class C stores (franchised retail outlets).
The franchised retail enterprises of Hangzhou Asian Games 2022 will be entitled to the sales rights of Hangzhou Asian Games licensed products but will be excluded from the marketing rights of the Asian Games brand, such as conducting corporate market development activities which make use of the Games.
