3D printed Buddhist sculptures on display in Hangzhou

A 3D printed replica of a group of ancient Buddhist sculptures from north China's Yungang Grottoes is on display in east China's Hangzhou city.
It took four years of scanning, printing and assembling to make the artwork, comprising of 1,300 modules.
Created in the 15th century, the original sculptures are housed in Cave 12 at Yungang Grottoes, well known as a treasury of Chinese ancient carving art.
