The Forum on Cross-border E-commerce Technology was held at the Hangzhou International Exposition Center during the 11th Zhejiang Commerce Service Transaction Expo on Sept 19.

The forum brought together top academicians and experts in the e-commerce technology industry to discuss such topics as regional chain economy, cross-border payment, logistics and supply and block chains.

Several experts and entrepreneurs gave lectures on 5G, intelligent logistics systems and cross-border payment during the forum, including Chen Xiaohua, a scholar specializing in block chain studies at Zhejiang University, Zhou Weihua, vice-dean of the School of Management at Zhejiang University, and Shen Chen, chairman of Panda iMedia, among others.

A roundtable discussion involving several entrepreneurs was also held as part of the forum. Entrepreneurs discussed the latest trends in artificial intelligence and how to use big data technology to boost cross-border e-commerce.

More than 1,000 industrial insiders and visitors attended the event, which also received more than 100,000 views during the live stream.
