The Hangzhou Model Worker and Craftsman Cultural Park is located in the western part of Hangzhou and has a planned area of 26 hectares. It faces Tianmushan Rd to the north, connects with West Coach Station in the east, and is only a block away from the Xixi National Wetland Park.

The park takes advantage of the area's natural environment and is themed around model workers and craftsmen. It also echoes Hangzhou's call to honor talented workers and mark every Sept 26 as Craftsman Day.

Sculptures of people who fought on the frontlines during the COVID-19 epidemic is a highlight of the park. The sculptures depict medical workers, researchers, soldiers, police officers, staff at residential communities, couriers, and building workers.

Shi Dan praised the park for its craftsmanship and expressed hope that it will host many extracurricular activities for children. The 22-year-old teacher at the Hangzhou Gongshu Vocational High School was the hairdressing champion at the 45th World Skills Competition in Kazan, Russia, on Aug 28, 2019.

The park is currently under construction and is located at 363 Tianmushan Rd, Xihu (West Lake) district.
