Yuhang district in Hangzhou, East China's Zhejiang province, founded a district-level talent development group on June 17, fulfilling its plan to be home to a pool of global talent, local media outlets reported.

The group will focus on promoting the reform of talent entrepreneurship and innovation and strive to become a professional, large-scale, market-oriented and industrialized group so as to accelerate the introduction of talents of all kinds.

Statistics show that Yuhang, boasting an open and inclusive talent ecosystem that encourages innovation and entrepreneurship and is full of vitality, is currently home to over 320,000 talents, putting it at the forefront of Zhejiang.
