The Xiao Ying Xiang Community in Shangcheng district, Hangzhou, capital of East China's Zhejiang province, recently held a fair themed around Song Dynasty (960-1279)-style cultural elements and fitness.

The fair was divided into three parts by three major themes -- handy service for the public, healthy life and fun sports games.

Stalls were set up to provide services such as repairing shoes, sharpening knives and cutting hair. Community medics were accessible at the fair for medical counseling services. Residents were also able to join a number of fun sports games.

Song Dynasty-style tea ceremony turned out to be the most popular part of the fair among neighborhood residents. Many people waited in a line to try their hands at the ceremony.

Participants can also sample other intangible cultural heritage items on site. The fair also attracted lots of kids to take part in the entertaining sports games.
