Nestled between lush mountains and lucid waters, a triathlon kicked off in Hecun township of Tonglu county, Hangzhou, East China's Zhejiang province, on July 3.

A total of 260 participants, all of whom come from Zhejiang province, competed in 1,500-meter swimming, 40-kilometer cycling, and 10-km running.

Participants were able to enjoy the scenery of Hecun along the way, with the course winding among natural streams, green roads, beautiful countryside, and mountains.
