Located at Lishui Road No 167 in Gongshu district, the school was founded by Shanghai Yirui Investment Management Company in 2015. It was designed to provide six years of primary education (International Baccalaureate syllabus) for 250 students in ten classes. It currently has 225 students studying in nine classes and 33 teaching and administrative staff.
