Li Qingheng has been rated as a Hangzhou high-level talent. He will receive 1 million yuan ($142,400) this year to purchase a house.

As a courier, Li Qingheng has memorized the area codes and zip codes of all the cities in the country. Years of practice has taught him this unique skill, which he originally intended to use to more quickly sort deliveries.

Because of this, he was sent by his company to participate in various competitions and won many awards.

In August 2019, he was chosen to attend The Third Express Professional Skills Competition of Zhejiang Province, which includes a contest on theory and a contest using practical skills.

Li won the championship and was honored as a "Technical Expert of Zhejiang Province". The award qualifies him to participate in the selection of "high-level talent", where he ultimately succeeded.

According to Hangzhou's policy, Li Qingheng will not only receive a housing purchase subsidy of 1 million yuan and a license plate subsidy of 30,000 yuan, but will also enjoy more than 100 other services.

Now he can realize his dream of buying a house of his own in Hangzhou. His next goal is to become a senior engineer in the industry.
