The Hangzhou Yangtze River Delta Talent Center, an industrial park designed to offer targeted services to talent and companies, opened in Jianggan district, Hangzhou on Sept 8, local media reported.

The center is meant to make administrative tasks simple and convenient for talent and companies. The center will allow talent and companies to first apply online and then have their tasks carried out at brick-and-mortar service windows.

The aforementioned affairs related to business negotiations, project road shows, academic discussions, investment and enterprise connections, industrial alliances, inter-industry interactions, talent headhunting, research and personnel training, political and commercial services, and living facilities.

The center also boasts close connections with Qianjiang New Area, Chengdong New Area, and Hangzhou Future Sci-tech City, all of which are incubators of cutting-edge technology that have abundant talent and business cultivation experience.

"Hangzhou's open climate, abundance of talent, and internet have convinced us to base ourselves here. We hope to ride the wave of Yangtze River Delta integration and make our company stronger," said Lu Fengming, vice-general manager at Anhui Kojo New Materials Technology Co.

A Yangtze River Delta Talent Development Alliance has also been formed, including Jianggan and nine other districts and counties in Zhejiang and Anhui provinces.
