Hangzhou opens service center for Hong Kong-funded companies

Xiacheng District in Hangzhou opened a service center catering to Hong Kong-funded companies on Sept 15. It is the first of its kind in Hangzhou and will serve 79 locally-based Hong Kong firms, as well as those planning to settle in the district.
