One hundred disabled couples have said their vows in a series of group weddings. Group weddings with the theme of "heart towards sun and love towards each other" were hosted simultaneously in six cities, with Hangzhou City as the main venue.

The organizers' aim is to make the newlyweds feel equal, accepted and blessed, despite their disabilities. The proportion of disabled people getting married in Zhejiang Province has also increased steadily, reaching 84.1 percent in 2019.
