The 2021 Zhejiang two sessions are now underway. What do local residents in Hangzhou, capital of East China's Zhejiang province, expect from them? Here's a look into what they think of the government's work plan for this year.

I'm very glad that the government listed alleviating traffic jams into this year's work plan. As a taxi driver, I've witnessed all these good changes taking place in the field of transportation in the city in recent years. The roads have become wider, and the number of highways and tunnels is on the rise.

I believe that transportation conditions in Hangzhou will become better with efforts from all. In addition, I hope more drivers will join the 95128 voluntary ride-sharing team to help more people in need.

Due to my profession, I'm more concerned about the senior care-related part of the government's work plan. The plan said that the government will provide more convenient services for seniors, which motivates me to work hard at my job.

This year's government plan proposed to enhance safety of reservoirs and dikes. Last year, we made strong efforts to strengthen the control of water quality and safety. This year, we will continue to work hard to preserve the ecological areas in Chun'an county, Hangzhou.

The work plan mentioned that Zhejiang will accelerate the speed of improving scientific innovation capabilities. I believe with the full support from the government, we will be more concentrated on research.
