The Hangzhou meteorological station announced on Feb 19 that Hangzhou will enter the spring season on Feb 20, with the city's average daily temperature being at 10 degrees Celsius and above for five consecutive days from that day on.

With spring arriving 20 days earlier than normal, Hangzhou residents are also inspired to greet this delightful season in their own ways.
