Shepherd's purse

Shepherd's purse is usually regarded as a signal that the spring has arrived and has a variety of ways for cooking. It can be dressed with cold sauce, plain fried, quick-boiled for soup, stir-fried with rice cake, or shredded with pork as wonton fillings.
