Barber shop gives free haircuts to the elderly

A barber shop in Hangzhou's Genyuan community has been giving free haircuts to the elderly aged over 70 years old for 12 consecutive years.
Chen Sipo, the owner of the shop, says it is his way of giving back to the city he calls his second home.
