The Hangzhou Arts and Crafts Museum was rebuilt from the industrial relics of the former Honglei Silk Weaving Factory as a specialized museum of comprehensive arts and crafts. It has amalgamated three local museums featuring the craftsmanship of knives, scissors, swords, umbrellas, and fans. It provides a permanent site displaying the arts and crafts history of Hangzhou, and gives the general public a chance to appreciate masterworks and the city’s meaningful handicrafts.
