Editor's Note: The Hangzhou culture, radio, film and tourism bureau has unveiled a list of 50 experience centers that best bring out the essence of the 19th Asian Games as well as the unique charm of Hangzhou. The centers focus on history and culture, digital economy, intelligent manufacturing, intangible cultural heritage, sports and health.

No 1 Primary School of Hangzhou Normal University entered the list for its Song Yun Recreation Museum, which is a competitive and recreational project provided by the Hangzhou Museum in reproduction of the Southern Song Dynasty (1127-1279).

The school held this exhibition of ancient sports in September 2021 to celebrate the one-year countdown to the Asian Games Hangzhou 2022.

The exhibition was divided into seven sporting events including pitch-pot, spinning top, shuttle cock and swing, all of which were popular in the Song Dynasty. Some of these sports are still popular today.

The school also opened courses to teach its students about the sports culture in the Song Dynasty.
