Jiang Yuyan, 17, who claimed two gold, one silver and four bronze medals in the 2020 Tokyo Paralympics, shared her expectations for the 19th Asian Games.

"The Jakarta Asian Para Games left me with a lot of regrets, perhaps because of my own weakness and immaturity. I'm secretly determined to improve myself in the next Asian Para Games, to stand on the highest podium and make up for this regret," Jiang said.

Chen Liangliang, a gold medalist in men's goalball at the Beijing Paralympics, praised the national goalball training base near Tangqi ancient town.

"The base is so tailored to us goalball players that the soundproofing and blind walkways free us from unnecessary training problems," Chen said.

Tan Yujiao, a two-time weightlifting Paralympic gold medalist, shared her experience at the Rio 2016 Paralympics and said she will continue to compete in the Hangzhou Asian Para Games.
