Lin'an district of Hangzhou built an entrepreneurial center integrating various functions for agricultural makers, and implemented a series of policies to encourage the cultivation of modern agricultural talent in recent years.

The district has cultivated more than 300 agricultural makers, built five innovation incubation bases and carried out over 150 entrepreneurial projects.
