Nanfangmizong Baozi

This year marks the 30th anniversary of Nanfangmizong Baozi, a steamed bread roll with a filling of meat or vegetables. The Southern Big Restaurant started its business in Hangzhou in 1992, and its featured baozi was sold on the same day. The store once set a record high of selling 10,000 baozi a day.
