The signing and commencement ceremony of Milele Agricultural Ecology Park was held in Linping district, Hangzhou on Oct 29.

The 920-mu (61.33 hectares) park, which will cost 130 million yuan, will be built in three phrases and is expected to be fully operational in 2025.

The first-phase construction will include 16 sub-projects including an incubation center for fruits and vegetables, an experience center for students, and a livestreaming base for e-commerce sales.

According to local authorities, the local government will help with the project's construction and operation and build a pilot area for rural vitalization, ecological improvement, and common prosperity.
