African youth leader translates China's COVID-19 experience into local languages
Joseph Olivier Mendo'o, head of the African Youth Delegation in China, says he decided to stay in China during the pandemic to work alongside the Chinese people and learn from their experiences. After volunteering in various counties across China, including some in Zhejiang and Shanxi Provinces, he helped translate the Chinese experiences into local African languages, educating the youth there on how to combat the disease.
