The Chefs de Mission Seminar for the Hangzhou Asian Games was held in Hangzhou on April 25, with Olympic committee representatives from 45 countries and regions in attendance.

"I am very happy to come to Hangzhou again. All of the athletes in Hong Kong have been eagerly anticipating the Asian Games, and we are very proud that our country can once again host the Games," said Kenneth Fok, vice-president of the Hong Kong Sports Association and Olympic Committee and leader of the Hong Kong delegation to the Hangzhou Asian Games.

Fok revealed that the Hong Kong delegation will send the largest-ever contingent in Asian Games history.

"We expect over 860 athletes to participate, while the entire team will exceed 1,200 people. Currently, the athletes are busy preparing, and everyone hopes for a good result at the Hangzhou Asian Games."

As the Chairman of the Asian Electronic Sports Federation, Fok is also interested in e-sports events. At the Hangzhou Asian Games, e-sports will become an official competition for the first time, with players from various countries and regions set to compete for gold medals.

"This is a historic event, so my team is working tirelessly with the organizers at the new Hangzhou Esports Center, hoping that the competition can be done even better."

The English slogan for the Hangzhou Asian Games is "Heart to Heart, @Future." Fok said that seeing that the Asian Games slogan has the word "future," he is very happy, as "Future" means looking forward and having confidence in future development.

"Many friends from Hong Kong are looking forward to coming to Hangzhou, and I hope the Asian Games will bring friends from all Asian countries," Fok said.
