The gymnasium is equipped with training centers, function rooms and an underground garage over 8,000 square meters large.

At Huanglong Sports Center, which will host football matches, delegates learned how 'anchoring grass' using a combination of natural and artificial grass could make a stronger and more durable lawn.

JEREMY WALKER Editor Sporting Asia "I just love the atmosphere and excitement. We get that nobody is here, but you can feel the beauty of enjoying football, even in an empty stadium."

Preparation for the basketball matches is also in full swing.

TONY TARRAF Staff, Olympic Council of Asia "The venues are amazing, everything is ready to host the Games. So it's really great to see everything is ready and settle down to welcome all the athletes. Everything looks very great."

Delegates also paid a visit to the Bingjiang Gymnasium, which will hold the badminton competition.
