The Wulin Parade in Hangzhou, one of the supporting events of the 2023 World Leisure Expo and Hangzhou West Lake International Expo, kicked off on June 11 with renewed vigor.

The parade started in the north and moved south, stretching some 1.6 kilometers. With Wulin Square (South Square of Zhejiang Exhibition Center) as the starting point, it passed through West Zhanlan Road, Tiyuchang Road, Yan'an Road, Fengqi Road, and finally reached the intersection of Wulin Road and Jiaochang Road.

The event featured four main thematic chapters, four floats, and eight grand formations, revolving around the 400-year-old Gongchen Bridge, Wulin Gate, Asian Games, and urban digitization.

The Wulin Parade highlighted the city's cultural charm and confidence, presenting diverse forms of development and new trends. It was also a consumption-oriented initiative as well as a carnival that prayed for a better life and welcomed the Asian Games.
