Sepak Takraw is also called kick volleyball, which is a team sport. Two teams play with a rattan ball on a court. Players can only use their feet, knees, shoulders, chest and head to hit the ball over a net into the opposing team's court. It's likely to be one of the most popular competitive sports at the upcoming Asian Games in Hangzhou, which will be held from Sept 23 to Oct 8 this year.
