Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, held a vibrant celebration of Olympic Day on June 23, organized by the Olympic movement in Mongolia in collaboration with the Olympic Council of Asia and the Hangzhou Asian Games Organizing Committee.

Despite the scorching summer conditions, 250 enthusiastic participants gathered at the historic square, eager to take part in a series of exhilarating fun runs under the clear blue skies and radiant sunshine.

The event catered to participants of all ages and genders, featuring races for boys, girls, women, and men. As a special highlight, Olympic Day paid tribute to Mongolian sports veterans, with the club's oldest member, a sprightly 90-year-old, setting an inspiring example for all.

To commemorate their achievements, medals and certificates were presented to the top five performers in each category, acknowledging their dedication and outstanding performances.

Adding to the festive atmosphere, the crowd was treated to captivating performances by a Mongolian rapper and a talented hip-hop dance crew. The Mongolian National Olympic Committee embraced the International Olympic Committee's global theme for Olympic Day – "Let's Move" – by organizing an event that encouraged active participation and celebrated the joy of movement.

The festivities in Ulaanbaatar demonstrated the enduring spirit of the Olympic movement, uniting people of diverse backgrounds through the common language of sports.
