The project boasts distinctive route designs, with three routes taking visitors to three UNESCO World Heritage Sites: the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal, the Archaeological Ruins of Liangzhu City, and West Lake, as well as a special route focusing on the world-renowned spectacle of the Qiantang River Tidal Bore.

On the West Lake scenic route, guests can enjoy the beauty of the iconic scenic spot, stroll along Hefang Street, marvel at Hangzhou's antiques and calligraphy, explore time-honored shops, and savor a wide variety of local delicacies.

The Canal Culture route emphasizes the unique features of the Grand Canal. Visitors can take a canal water bus to enjoy the riverside scenery, wander among white-walled and black-tiled buildings, and traverse the ancient Gongchen Bridge, which is over four centuries old.

The Liangzhu Ruins route provides the chance to explore the archaeological site of the ancient city and experience the cultural surroundings. Additionally, visitors can visit the Liangzhu Cultural and Art Center.

During the Asian Games, the Haining Tidal Bore route offers guests the opportunity to witness the awe-inspiring spectacle of the "boundless sea and sky, and tidal waves roaring like thunder."

Through these tailored experiences, the "Guest Experience" project allows international guests to explore Hangzhou's history, culture, and natural beauty, leaving them with a deep and lasting impression of the city.
