The Hangzhou Asian Games Delegation Registration Meeting is set to begin on Sept 9 at the Asian Games Village Delegation Service Center.

The meeting signifies that athletes and accompanying officials from various countries and regions will soon move into the Asian Games Village.

From Sept 9 to 22, the Hangzhou Asian Games Organizing Committee will hold delegation registration meetings with the advance teams from 45 National Olympic Committees. The meetings are led by the HAGOC's NOC Services Team, with the participation of key operational teams responsible for competition management, registration and accreditation, and accommodation allocation.

The meeting is a crucial step for all participating NOCs in the Hangzhou Asian Games. Its primary objectives are to confirm each delegation's competition entries, registration authority, and final team size, as well as to discuss and clarify resource allocation matters related to accommodation, delegation-specific vehicles, and NOC assistants.
