The 2023 Hangzhou International Human Resource Exchange and Cooperation Conference commenced at the Hangzhou International Expo Center on Nov 12. It is a significant gathering aimed at promoting open collaboration and innovation.

Themed "Open Cooperation, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship", the conference comprised more than 50 events, including the fourth China Overseas Student Forum, 2023 West Lake Dialogue, Foreign Talent Innovation Achievement Exhibition and Project Matchmaking, and 2023 Hangzhou Overseas High-level Talent Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition.

The diverse array of activities aimed to provide a multi-dimensional platform for exchanges, attracting high-caliber talent from both domestic and international arenas to contribute to the high-quality development of Hangzhou.
