The second Global Digital Trade Expo, which is scheduled to open in Hangzhou on Nov 23, will feature an upgraded digital management service platform to achieve new integration between online and real-world experiences.

With the advent of Web3.0 and the metaverse, participants of the expo will be given a unique digital identity through the use of the platform, enabling them to embark on an immersive exhibition journey.

Through the platform, exhibitors will have access to both online and physical booths, enhancing their exhibition experience. They can also easily find precise business opportunities, connect with interested buyers online, and facilitate transactions.

For visitors, attending the expo is as simple as logging into the Global Digital Trade Expo mini-program, which grants an exclusive digital identity and enables participation in interactive experiences such as AI check-ins and AR photos. In addition, with exhibitor displays visualized in panoramic VR, even those unable to attend the event in person can explore the exhibition online from the comfort of their homes.

The platform has been accelerating its efforts in innovation and upgrading so as to enhance its digital role. The platform has developed six major functional modules, including registration, service, management, marketing, interaction, and business opportunities, aiming to offer comprehensive services to professional attendees, exhibitors, media, and partners, as well as result statistics and city services.
