Hangzhou International Airport recently teamed up with three airlines to initiate the "First Flight at Ease" service, aiming to enhance the travel experience for first-time visitors.

The service caters to passengers who are either departing from, arriving at, or transferring through the airport for the first time.

Passengers opting for this service are presented with distinctive blue wristbands upon sign-in, giving them access to a range of convenient services. For elderly and young travelers requiring additional assistance, orange wristbands serve as passes throughout the entire process, from check-in to navigating security inspections and boarding. Green paths are also available to them.

First-time passengers for domestic and international departures are provided with service cards offering detailed information on boarding procedures, terminal layouts, emergency assistance hotlines, and airport and airlines customer service contacts, helping them easily locate check-in counters, security check paths, boarding gates, restrooms, and other essential facilities.

To expedite the boarding process for those with tight schedules, passengers wearing the wristband or sticker are granted priority access to trailers.

For additional assistance or reservations, passengers can reach out to the airport's service hotline at +86-571-96299 or seek guidance at any of the airport's information desks.
