The Silent Store, a pioneering collaboration between Chagee, a renowned domestic milk tea brand, and the Hangzhou Disabled Persons' Federation, was recently unveiled in Hangzhou's Qianjiang New City, just before the Spring Festival.

Unlike conventional stores, the Silent Store allows customers to place orders via a mini-program, a handwritten board, or a sign language menu, enabling hearing-impaired staff to provide service efficiently.

To promote the employment of people with disabilities, the Hangzhou Disabled Persons' Federation encourages more enterprises to create targeted positions for them. The initiative aims to improve quality of life for disabled people through meaningful work.
