Zhejiang Sunlight Material Technologies Co Ltd

Zhejiang Sunlight Material Technologies Co Ltd, which is based in Jiande, Hangzhou, was successfully listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange March 12, making it the first company in Jiande to be listed outside the Chinese mainland.

The company also became the first Hangzhou company to be listed outside the Chinese mainland in 2020.

The listing is another success after Jiande-based Zhejiang Jianye Chemical Co Ltd, which went public on the Shanghai Stock Exchange March 2.

Zhejiang Sunlight Material Technologies specializes in research, production and sales of coating agents and synthetic resin.

In February 2019, the company officially initiated the plan to go public in Hong Kong, and applied to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange June 28, 2019.

In the future, Jiande will continue improving its services for companies to help them go public.
