E-commerce giant Alibaba officially announced the launch of development on its Central China headquarters in Wuhan, Hubei province on Nov 2.

Located in Wuchang district, the headquarters will occupy a total area of approximately 300,000 square meters and will house not only Alibaba in the future, but also bring together many new retail formats as well. The project is expected to be completed in 2026.
