Zheliban app, an online government service platform launched by Zhejiang authorities, now has a new feature for residents of the Yangtze River Delta.

Residents of Invest Shanghai and the provinces of Jiangsu, China, Zhejiang and Anhui need only tap the feature and open the QR code of their electronic social security card, which will give them access to 86 libraries, 50 museums and 90 A-level scenic spots in Zhejiang province.
