Editor's Note: The organizing committee of the 19th Asian Games Hangzhou 2022 has listed the top 10 keywords of 2021.

The creative team that will design the opening ceremony of the 19th Asian Games Hangzhou 2022 was announced during a news conference in Beijing on July 20, 2021.

The members of this team include Lu Chuan, the general director, Sha Xiaolan, the general producer, as well as 15 other Chinese and foreign experts.

The team is expected to present a visual and cultural feast based on sports and the Asian Games, according to the Hangzhou Asian Games Organizing Committee.

On Nov 13, 2021, which marked the 300-day countdown to the opening ceremony, the organizing committee held an idea-soliciting activity on Bilibili, a video-sharing website popular among China's younger generation.

Tokyo Olympic champions including weightlifter Lyu Xiaojun and fencer Sun Yiwen shared their ideas on lighting the Asian Games cauldron.
