Longjing tea flavored beverages
Longjing tea, also known as Dragon Well tea, is a pan-roasted green tea unique to Longjing village in Hangzhou, East China's Zhejiang province. Processed mainly by hand, the tea has been named the "ultimate green tea" for its quality.
This spring, mixes of traditional Longjing tea with modern drinks have swept across the city. Here are some recommendations:
Goodme: Longjing tea with green qingtuan pearls
Price: 12 yuan ($1.88)
With mini qingtuan (China's traditional sweet green rice balls) instead of tapioca, this beverage brings out the fragrance of spring grass with an addictive chewy taste. If you are a fan of bubble tea, this is a must try.
