Tonglu, a picturesque county administered by Hangzhou to hail the 19th Asian Games, is gradually becoming known for equestrian sports, and the organizing committee of the Games recently upgraded its integrated service mini-program to help visitors get firsthand information about the county.
Accessed through Alipay, a popular Chinese mobile payment app, the program not only gives users an overview of Tonglu and its characteristic scenic spots, intangible cultural heritage items, and recommended itineraries, but can also customize hotels and scenic sites for users.
The "Asian Games Pass" channel is now available in English, enabling foreign users to check their health QR codes in a more straightforward manner.
Launched in September 2020, the program is powered by cutting-edge technologies such as blockchain, big data, and artificial intelligence. It has integrated eight kinds of services covering 18 daily scenarios related to catering, accommodation, transportation, shopping, tourism, entertainment, and epidemic prevention and control.
