HK celebrates 2022 Paralympic Day

The Hong Kong Paralympic Committee kicked off Hong Kong's largest Para sports event, Hong Kong Paralympic Day 2022, at the Tiu Keng Leng Sports Center on Oct 30, local media outlets reported.
With the aim of celebrating Para athletes, the exhibition showcased the medals of top athletes representing Hong Kong who achieved outstanding results in major international multi-sports events.
For the first time ever in Hong Kong, the torch of the 4th Hangzhou 2022 Asia Para Games was displayed, providing an opportunity for the public to experience the atmosphere of the Games in advance.
The event also featured a variety of programs, including Para sports demonstrations, sports trials, exhibitions, and athlete sharing sessions promoting the Paralympic movement and bringing fun to the general public.
