The concept of green, low-carbon and sustainability has been fully integrated into preparations for the 2022 Hangzhou Asian Games.

The organizing committee has implemented the green action of the Asian Games, minimized the impact of the preparations on the environment and biodiversity, and strived to build the first carbon neutral Asian Games in a bid to better demonstrate its concept of holding the Games, promoting  green and low-carbon transformation, and helping achieve the country's carbon peaking and neutrality goals.
