The 2022 China's National Equestrian Three-day Eventing Championships kicked off in Xixian New Area, Shaanxi Province on Saturday.

Guangdong rider Liang Ruiji, who participated in the Tokyo Olympic Games, was tied for third place with Kelzang Phuntsok of Tibet after the dressage event. The 38-year-old told Xinhua that he aims to win gold for Team China at this year's Hangzhou Asian Games.
