The Hangzhou Asian Games Organizing Committee will conduct pre-delegation registration meetings with the National Olympic Committees of each participating country and region via video conference from May 20 to June 15.
The Pre-Delegation Registration Meeting is an essential step before the delegations can participate in the Games. It is expected to facilitate the overall progress of competition registration and ensure the accuracy of registration information.
Since the Chefs de Mission Seminar for the Hangzhou Asian Games in April, preparation among participating NOCs has been steadily increasing.
The registration meetings will enhance communication between the organizing committee and NOCs, enabling a more accurate estimation of the delegation sizes and serving as a basis for resource allocation and preparation in areas such as accommodation, transportation, dining, and other operational aspects during the Games.
A total of 45 meetings are expected to be held.
