The Hangzhou branch of the China National Archives of Publications and Culture is a venue dedicated to the preservation and exhibition of chinoiserie and China's traditional culture.
The Hangzhou branch, named Wenrun Pavilion with poetic charm, is a significant cultural project in Zhejiang province.
Upon entering the museum, the most striking feature is the green porcelain door panel, which is made of Longquan porcelain in the color of plum green, which, is the most outstanding and characteristic feature of the museum's design.
Behind every brick and corner lies the character of Chinese people who cherish culture and civilization, and the foundation of the continuous cultural heritage. The museum integrates contemporary Chinese architectural styles. While preserving culture, it becomes a representation of its era, echoing with history and blending with the dust of time.
The Hangzhou branch, located in the Yuhang district of Hangzhou, is adjacent to the ruins of Liangzhu ancient city, a UNESCO World Heritage site.
