The Smart Manufacturing Supply Town Industrial Complex has recently topped out. It is a key part of Binjiang district's efforts to develop a robust intelligent manufacturing industrial chain.

The project spans, which spans a total area of 37,200 square meters, comprises five main buildings and is divided into eastern and western sections by the Jianye Road overpass.

The eastern section features two buildings, with the tallest being 134 meters high and consisting of 27 stories. The western section includes three buildings, with the highest being approximately 118 meters tall and consisting of 22 stories. The two sections are connected by a two-story underground level, facilitating connectivity and shared amenities.

The design of the complex, inspired by the tidal bore of the Qiantang River, stretches from east to west in a staggered layout.

The Smart Manufacturing Supply Town Industrial Complex is scheduled for completion in October 2025.
