The Hangzhou Dexin Center recently made its debut as the city's first pet-friendly, art-themed commercial block. This space integrates culture, art, and trendy businesses, blending architectural aesthetics with modern fashion to create a captivating experience.
Located in the core CBD area and atop the Pengbu metro station, the Dexin Center aims to establish itself as a bustling "24-hour trendy street" appealing to the young and fashionable crowd.
The project features several regional firsts, including trending restaurant Jing Jiuye, the must-try Xu Chun Jiao, and Greenpint, which promotes healthy dining. Additionally, nightlife and social venues like Code Bar, UC E-sports, Reno Smash Club, and Buffalo Gym enhance the district's appeal.
Dexin Center excels in creating a pet-friendly environment, featuring a pet clinic, themed retail areas, and pet-friendly shops. Convenient amenities such as pet waste bags and strollers are available, and the center hosts events like pet markets, pet sports meets, and human-pet water festivals to foster connections among animal lovers.
