The International Canoe Federation (ICF) Hangzhou Super Cup at the Fuyang Water Sports Center used the same venue that hosted last year's Hangzhou Asian Games.

Running until Sunday, it is the first event to bring together the four major canoe disciplines, sprint, slalom, marathon and canoe polo, and ICF President Thomas Konietzko lauded China's ability to host the event.
